House Rules:
? No smoking
? Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.
? Please observe silence especially in the common areas – hallway and lobby. Keep noise level at a minimum inside the unit.
? Insert your room key card in the wall slot upon entering the room and the lights can be turned on. And removed upon departing and it will automatically go off.
? Throw the garbage in the proper trash bins provided.
? Do not dispose solid food leftover in the sinks or toilet bowl.
? Smoking and cooking inside this unit is strictly prohibited.
? Do not hang anything in the balcony area.
? Turn off/unplug unused electrical appliances; turn off the main switch when going out for a long time.
? Please take good care of everything in the apartment
? Upon leaving the unit, please be considerate to arrange the things back to their original places as you've seen them.

俄羅斯超市大火屋頂倒塌 幸無人員傷亡

俄羅斯第二大城，聖彼得堡市中心的一家超市，今天（10日）發生大火，造成屋頂倒塌，救援人員也緊急疏散超市內的民眾，所幸幾小時後火勢受到控制，沒有造成人員傷亡。
超市屋頂冒出濃濃黑煙，火勢相當猛烈。事故是發生在當地時間今天早上8點半，這家位在市中心的超市，突然發生大火，所幸沒有人員傷亡。超市業者表示，正在調查起火原因。其實消防安全已是俄羅斯面臨的問題之一，今年3月西伯利亞一家購物中心也爆發大火，導致60多名遊客喪生，為自蘇聯解體以來最嚴重的火災。
